Two members of a much larger, more established mystical society founded the Mobile Mystical Revelers solely as a group to parade. “I love to ride,” co-founder Kenny Boguski said, “but if you’re in a night parade and have a ball to go to, you’re at it from 8 in the morning until 1 a.m. or so.”
The Mobile Mystical Revelers strives to keep membership dues low. There are comparatively few rules and no secrecy. Riders are not required to wear masks, the group does not throw a ball, they do not have a royal court and the parade does not have a theme. Admission is open to anyone over the age of 21. Anyone who is interested in joining can simply go to the group’s Facebook page.
In 2026, expect about 20 floats, rented from the Conde Cavaliers, Conde Explorers and Port City Rentals.
In 2025, the Mobile Mystic Revelers paraded on Feb. 22, right behind the Mobile Mystics. The parade included 19 floats rented from the Conde Cavaliers, Conde Explorers, Pharaohs and Port City.
